Given the wide range of products sold across multiple branches, a centralized ESL server system was evaluated as the most effective solution for managing all store-level pricing and product information from headquarters. After extensive testing, Partron ESL’s InforTab Central Server solution was selected for its proven stability and scalability. The deployment was expanded across food halls and wine sections, enabling centralized digital management and control of pricing throughout the department stores.

Following the transition from paper labels to ESL, the time required to replace an average of 3,700 labels dropped dramatically—from 31 hours per week to just 3.8 hours, reducing work time by nearly 90%. The digitized workflow also minimized human errors, while the heavy workloads typically concentrated during sales periods were eased. As a result, employee job satisfaction increased, and operational efficiency and simplicity improved overall.

Additionally, the reduction in paper and consumable usage supported the department stores' commitment to eco-friendly and sustainable management, while customers benefited from improved service quality.
