With well known phrase “the Taste of Hometown”, Assi develops a variety of branded products and supplies various fresh food, groceries, household products, and even electronic appliances to Asians as well as Koreans.
Challenge
In case of agricultural products and seafood, the frequency of price changes are high due to its price fluctuation each time of stocking. Also, there are many spot sale and hot sale for inventory clearance. Due to this high frequency of price change, paper price label management has been a heavy burden. ESL was introduced expecting dramatic save in operating cost.
Solution
With ESL installation, the price change process can be much faster and easier than paper price labels. Also, medium size tags are used to create pin point emphasis. Based upon the ESL network infrastructure, many additional functions including advertisement, can be continuously added to maximize installation effect.
